🎄✨ Learning in Action in RCSS High Schools this Season ✨🎄
Throughout the year, our central services staff partner with school based teams to step into high school classrooms through instructional rounds. Instructional rounds are a collaborative learning process where educators visit classrooms together, observe teaching and learning, and then reflect as a team on strengths to celebrate and opportunities for continued growth.
These visits are all about shared learning, professional dialogue, and supporting great instruction for every student.
Pictured here are some members of the team that recently completed instructional rounds at Providence Grove High School. We are grateful to all participants for the professionalism, openness, and teamwork that make this work meaningful. 🎁🌟

❄️ **Winter Learning Magic!** ❄️
Recently RCSS ESL teachers and select principals partnered with Courtney Morgan of The All Access Classroom for inspiring professional development focused on scaffolding in the content areas.
Just like this special season reminds us that no two snowflakes are alike, we know that every child is beautiful —unique in their strengths, needs, and potential. ❄️✨
Courtney guided the team through powerful strategies to ensure all students can access rigorous content, grow with confidence, and feel supported every step of the way. Our educators are bringing additional tools into classrooms to help every learner shine.
As we head into the holidays, we’re grateful for dedicated teachers, collaborative leaders, and the shared belief that every student deserves a path to success built with care, creativity, and heart. ❤️🎄
