
Our Lead Teacher group met at the Central Office today. Lead Teachers play such a vital role in supporting their colleagues. Their efforts make a big difference in the school community!




Timken visited the RHS Metals and Automotive classes on October 2 to celebrate Manufacturing Week. Timken employees shared with students the many opportunities available in manufacturing at Timken. Students participated in hands-on activities to learn about the process of creating Timken parts and assembling a bearing. Thank you, Timken, for coming to RHS to share about the opportunities in manufacturing and the many places Timken parts are used. We appreciate our community partners!

Ms. Shenna Creech visited Archdale Elementary School last week to participate in the RCSS "Leadership Reads" program - a program in our school system in which members of the Leadership Team from our central office visit elementary schools and read to students.


"Leadership Reads" is a program in the Randolph County School System in which members of the Leadership Team from our central office visit elementary schools and read to students. Superintendent Dr. Stephen Gainey read to students at Randleman Elementary School recently.


Attention high school students completing community college courses - minimester begins 10/16!!


Principals Ms. Kerri Cole (Coleridge ES), Ms. Katie Henderson (Franklinville ES), Ms. Angela Harris (Ramseur ES) Ms. Jamie Horner (Liberty ES), and Ms. Melanie Richey participated in classroom walkthroughs as they conducted a "Vertical Visit" at ALL 5 schools today!

Archdale, Hopewell, John Lawrence, Trindale, and Trinity Elementary are working together to collect supplies for Hurricane victims in North Carolina. We are collecting the following:
water
canned foods
blankets
batteries/lights/solar
plates/napkins/plasticware
baby wipes/formula/diapers
Deadline for these supplies is Friday, October 18.


Randleman High School students use information from Hurricane Helene as a study tool.


All County Chorus is just around the corner, make plans to attend!
