On March 24 and 25, fourth-grade students from RCSS enjoyed a memorable field trip to the Tanger Center for the Performing Arts in Greensboro, where they experienced a live performance by the Greensboro Symphony. This year’s program, America 250, celebrated the upcoming 250th birthday of the United States, adding a meaningful historical connection to the experience. This opportunity was made possible through the support of the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
Special thanks to Wendy Anderson, RCSS Director of Transportation, and her dedicated team for coordinating transportation and ensuring a safe and smooth trip for all students.
