The Randolph County School System and the Exceptional Children Division of the Department of Public Instruction are looking for all children and youth ages birth through 21 with special needs who are in need of special education and related services. Services are available from your local school system and other state and community agencies.
Children and youth who have been diagnosed or are suspected to have physical, emotional and mental disabilities and are unable to benefit from a regular school program without special assistance may qualify.
The following help is available.
A complete evaluation and, if appropriate,
An Individualized Education Program for children with a disability beginning at age three (3).
A referral to other agencies when needed.
