On Friday, October 17, North Carolina State Superintendent Mo Green visited Southeastern Randolph Middle School as part of the Piedmont-Triad leg of the Strategic Plan Regional Tour.
The purpose of his visit was to learn about the school’s initiatives aimed at achieving academic excellence, and to hear directly from students and staff about their educational experiences, successes, and challenges.
During his time on campus, Superintendent Green engaged in a Q&A session with both teachers and students, discussing the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction’s bold strategic plan — Achieving Educational Excellence. He also toured the school, visited classrooms and the lunchroom, and even enjoyed a live performance by the 7th grade band.
Thank you, Mo Green, for your visit and for all you do to support public school students across North Carolina!
