For the past three years, Southeastern Randolph Middle School has been a hub of digital competition, and this season marks an exciting evolution for our esports program! What began with Xbox battles and PC clashes has now expanded to include Nintendo esports, offering even more students the chance to showcase their strategic skills and teamwork.
The controllers have been clicking, the strategies have been sharp, and the results speak for themselves. We're thrilled to announce that our Smash Brothers team is currently ranked among the top 100 middle schools nationwide in the PlayVS Spring season! This impressive achievement is a testament to the dedication and talent of our esports student-athletes.
The energy and enthusiasm surrounding our esports program are contagious. Students are not only honing their gaming prowess but also developing crucial skills in communication, collaboration, and critical thinking – all while representing Southeastern Randolph Middle School with pride.
Looking ahead, the future of SERMS esports is bright. We are eager to welcome even more students to our ranks next school year, fostering a supportive and competitive environment where everyone can grow and improve.
Stay tuned for more updates on our esports journey, and get ready to witness even greater achievements from our talented student competitors! Let's continue to level up together!
