Farm to Future: New Market 3rd Graders Explore Agriculture at Randleman High

New Market Elementary third graders had an exciting and educational day visiting Randleman High School’s Agriculture Department! Thanks to Mr. Walker and his students, our learners dove into hands-on activities that brought agriculture to life.

From discovering the benefits of goat’s milk to learning how rabbit droppings help fertilize soil, students explored the many ways farming impacts our world. They also investigated soil erosion, planted flowers, and learned about the life cycle of chickens. To top it all off, they connected their learning to real-world agriculture by exploring popular products and where they come from across the United States.

It truly was a great day of learning and fun—with our Bobcats on the Prowl and future Tigers shining bright!
