February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and the Randolph County School System wants to express our heartfelt gratitude to our Career and Technical Education staff, including Career Development Coordinators and Central Services support staff. These dedicated individuals work tirelessly to prepare our students for the workforce and provide them with valuable opportunities to explore a wide variety of career paths. Through their efforts, they not only teach and mentor but also actively collaborate with community leaders, local businesses, and industry partners to ensure our students' success.

"Leadership Reads" is an initiative within the RCSS where members of the central office Leadership Team visit elementary schools to read to students. This morning, Superintendent Dr. Stephen Gainey had the opportunity to read to students at Archdale Elementary School.

Congratulations to all our amazing students who were recognized at our Quarter 2 Awards Ceremony yesterday! We are so proud of our Panthers for their hard work and dedication. Awards were given for Panther Pride, Honor Roll, Academic Success, Perfect Attendance, and Most Improved, celebrating the achievements of our outstanding learners.
A heartfelt thank you to our parents and families for your support and for joining us in celebrating these special moments. We also want to express our gratitude to our dedicated staff and administration for planning and running such a wonderful ceremony. Your hard work and commitment make these celebrations possible!
Keep up the great work, Panthers! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
