The Ramseur Elementary team is focused on making goal-setting a priority.  We have found that setting goals helps students build student self-confidence, increases motivation, and increases achievement.  Our students here at Ramseur Elementary know what they have to concentrate and improve on when they know what they want to achieve. Goal setting gives our students a long-term vision and short-term motivation, which are both things we long to instill in each and every child at Ramseur.

Look at how some of our third graders track their goals and celebrate when they have achieved them!  Their excitement is contagious!
