This is the first of 4 pages of information about driver education.  Please read instructions carefully below to find out what path you should follow.  Registration for the book work class will be on the last page. 

OVERVIEW

The state requirements for driver education are 30 hours of book work and 6 hours of driving experience.  The driving portion will be scheduled after all requirements of the book work have been met.

Registration for the February class is closed.

Uwharrie Charter Academy will offer a class starting March 5.

Uwharrie Ridge 6-12 will offer a class after the Easter break. 

For the other county schools the next class will be in May with registration opening up after Easter break.
