Favorite thing about RCSS:  My favorite aspect of the Randolph County School System is that support is always a phone call away.  I have been truly blessed to always find support and motivation from the central office, fellow administrators, teachers, and community members.  I also really appreciate the multiple opportunities to grow as a leader.
