Supplement Guidelines
Randolph County School Supplement Guidelines (Revised 9/19/16)
-Employees must be employed in a permanent full-time position (minimum of 75% or 30 hours per week).
-Employees must be employed on the scheduled date of the supplement payment (November pay date).
-Employees must be employed a minimum of 120 days during the current fiscal year.
-Employees on workers compensation are eligible to receive the supplement upon meeting the guidelines above.
-Employees on disability are eligible to receive the supplement upon meeting the guidelines above.
-The supplement amount will be pro-rated for those employees who are not employed at least 120 days.
-Employees who receive the full supplement amount, but are not employed at least 120 days during the current fiscal year, must pay back a pro-rated amount of the supplement.
Supplement Amounts:
Certified – 6.00% (paid in November)
Classified – 3.75% (paid in November)
Principals and Assistant Principals: (paid ½ November and ½ May)
Elementary – 7.00% +2,400 Base
Middle – 9.50% + 2,400 Base
High – 12.00% + 2,400 Base
Directors – 10.50% +300/month
Supervisors – 8.50% +$150/month
Lead Teachers – 6.50% (paid in November)
