Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System: My favorite thing about RCSS is the passion and love for children. Everyone is focused on what is in the best interest of children. The entire staff of RCSS works together as a team to accomplish the goal of educating all children.

Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy reading, going to live theater, bluegrass festivals, and going to antique stores.  I also enjoy hanging out with my family and friends at the lake. 
Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System: My favorite thing about RCSS is the family atmosphere.  From my very first day working as a 3rd grade teacher at Farmer, I knew that our school system was a special place to be.  The support has always been there, whether I was a classroom teacher, a lead teacher, an Assistant Principal, or a Principal. Having taught in multiple states, I know that isn't always the case.  I'm thankful to be part of the Randolph County School System.

Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System:  Randolph County School System is home. I moved here when I was 12, attended Franklinville and graduated from Eastern Randolph. I would have to say in all the years I have been a part of RCSS, both as a student and employee, the people here stand out as my favorite. The teachers, parents, administrators, and central office personnel make Randolph County a special place. When at home, you are with your family and I consider Randolph County School System part of mine.

Hobbies/Interests: My favorite activity is spending time with my family - my husband, my two sons, my daughter-in-law, and my sisters and their husbands. I enjoy time at the beach and the mountains. In the fall, my favorite season, I enjoy watching college football, especially my APP STATE MOUNTAINEERS. 
Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System: I love the family and community feel of the Randolph County School System, and that overwhelmingly, educators in the system want what is best for students. I also love the fact that a lot of educators in the county are products of the school system and wanted to come home after college to give back to their communities. I attended a Randolph County school first through twelfth grade, did my student teaching in a Randolph County school, and have spent all 31 years of my educational career with the RCSS.

Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System: With the exception of college attendance, I’ve been in RCSS since I was 5 years old!  Through the years, I’ve had countless teachers and mentors who have been instrumental in helping me achieve my life goals and develop a servant’s heart. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!

Favorite thing about the Randolph County School System: The Randolph County School System is unlike any other!  From the moment I moved to Randolph County from a different country, I have felt welcomed, supported, and a part of a great community of passionate educators.  This system does everything it can to help make students and staff successful.
