fourth block: Pullouts of intensive and consultative level ESL students
ESL and AIM Club
ESL English as a Second Language) is a program of instruction that assists students whose first language is not English, to learn English. These students are Limited English Proficient (LEP), ones whose primary language is other than English and who is insufficiently proficient in the English language to learn successfully in English-only classrooms without appropriate modifications.
AIM Club at ERHS 
AIM is Accion, Inspiracion, Motivacion or Action, Inspiration, and Motivation. This club has regular meetings after school. Activities include service projects such as making teacher mementos, a dance to raise college scholarship funds for hispanic graduates of ERHS, and trash pickup. The students also traditionally do a Mother's Day program, field trips to museums.
