Meeting was opened with deposits made so far from various fund raisers. The Balance is $5,697.29 as of January 5, 2012.

Present: Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Toland, Mrs. Eurillo, Mrs. Hemingway (BCS Staff)

                Meg Stanley (Pres.), Lisa Dennis (VP), and Catherine Fulcher (Sec.) (PTO)

Meeting was opened with Budget report (see copy).

What ‘s been going on: Fundraisers (Krispy Kreme/Subway) closed Nov. 1^st

                                                Dance (Fall)

                                                Dine out with the Dogs (dates, times, need 2 more dates filled)

                                                T-shirts…delivered. Have a few extras for sale.

Any Changes/Additions:

                Dance: need to create an order form to assist with food orders/photo, more parent volunteers, limit time on photo booth, buckets to put order forms in (at end of line) and students requested Mt. Dew for next dance.

What’s Ahead:

                Nov. 22: Staff breakfast in Mrs. Allred’s room

                Next Dance is Dec. 16^th (3-5pm) : photo cut out board of Snowman, Elf, etc.

                Candy Cane grams: need forms to send home due Dec. 20^th

                Hat Day: The last Friday of the Month. Cost will be a $1.00

                                ***Need to make tickets & get a stamp***

PTO Meeting Notes  8/29/11

-At the beginning of the meeting, principal, Mrs.Albright-Johnson shared a list of items the PTO worked on during the 2010-2011 school year. Discussion followed regarding goals for this year.

-Officers were chosen: President- Meg Stanley    Vice President- Lisa Dennis      Treasurer- Kristin Shores   Secretary- Catherine Fulcher

-Janet Crotty (school counselor) shared information about the Olweus Bullying Prevention program which students and staff will participate in.
