Notice for Bids 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Randolph County Board of Education at the Maintenance Office, 2234-B Enterprise Street, Asheboro, North Carolina,  28205 until Thursday September 27th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. and thereafter immediately opened and read publicly for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of a New Sewer System at Seagrove Elementary School.

Complete Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be obtained from Mr. Ray Kiser, Maintenance Director, at the above location or through the North Carolina Department of Instruction, Plant Operation Section, 301 N. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, Attention Brian Burkhart, PE.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall take place at 10 AM, on Tuesday September 11th, 2012 at the Seagrove Elementary School, 528 Old Plank Road, Seagrove, NC 27341.

Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders.

The Randolph County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
