The Randolph County Schools maintain a computerized database and microfilm system on cumulative records and transcripts of students who attend Randolph County Schools. Information preserved is academic transcripts; date
of birth, schools and years attended immunization records and standardized testing information.
- Transcripts are needed for college enrollment, verification of High School Diploma, verification of age, and obtaining an ID, etc. Only documents forwarded to employers, agencies and schools will be certified.
All others will be marked as "Issued to Individual" unless specified on the request.
- There is no charge for Transcript Requests.
- Turnaround Time - It is the goal of the Student Records Office to respond to each request within 10 working days of the request; however, during certain times of the year, the response time may be extended. Please allow extra time at holidays or at the beginning of college semesters. Every attempt to process your request in a timely manner will be taken; however, do not expect your request to be honored the same day as your request.
A signed release form by the individual needing their transcript is required before any school records can be obtained or mailed. Fill out the Student Records Release Form completely and mail, fax or email to the Transcript Department (see below).
