 Student Records and/or High School Transcripts
 Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for processing.


The cumulative records contains the folloiwng information (if available): Graduation date,
final transcript, attendance, grades, GPA, Standardized Test Scores and immunization records. 

Diplomas are NOT available - the only copy was given to the student at graduation.
The transcript provides the graduation date and can be used in lieu of a diploma.

A signed release form from the individual requesting their transcript
is required before any school records can be obtained or mailed.
Fill out the Student Records Request Form completely and mail, fax or
email to the Transcript Department
(see below).

To complete the form online and email to us, follow these directions:

1. Click on the link below for the request form.
2. Save the form to your desktop.
3. Open the form - will open in Adobe Reader.
4. Click on the SIGN button in the top right corner.
5. Click the TEXT tool and enter the information required.
6. To sign: click PLACE SIGNATURE and select how you would
like to complete your signature.
7. Place the signature on the line. Remember to place the date also.
8. Save the form to your desktop.
9. Open your email and send as an attachment to
transcripts@randolph.k12.nc.us
