Internet Safety: 2014 Resource Guide - Recent data has indicated that 15 percent of our North Carolina students have experienced electronic bullying. Under the direction of the Children’s Safety Network and funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, a taskforce was assembled, including several members from North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to create this useful guide.
