Chef Keith Gardiner with the "Chefs Move to Schools" initiative visited with School Nutrition at Randleman Middle School on Wednesday, December 14th to observe the operation and provide input for menus and recipes.

With RCSS already preparing many meal items from scratch, Chef Keith provided valuable input on how to improve the efficiency of preparation as well as recipe suggestions.  This visit is the first of many from Chef Keith to assist and market our school system's School Nutrition program.

The "Chefs Move to Schools" program seeks to utilize the creativity and culinary expertise of chefs to help schools ensure that America's youngest generation grows up healthy.
