Southmont teacher receives grant back button

Andrea Brookshire of Southmont Elementary is one of 14 recipients chosen for the Thomas Tire & Automotive Extra Mile Grants! Southmont is thrilled to have one of its kindergarten teachers chosen from 600 educators who registered for a chance to win one of (7) $500 grants and (7) $200.00 grants. Ms. Brookshire plans to use the $200.00 grant money to purchase music to help all kindergarten students learn their sight words.
