New Process for Transcript Requests

Effective September 1, 2016, the Randolph County School System will offer a new, secure site for current and former students to request transcripts and/or records. The ScribOrder program allows for digital processing and tracking of requests. The collection of information, verification of identity, and processing of payment are streamlined with ScribOrder.

The Following May Be Requested by Alumni:
(Must meet ALL requirements)
High School Transcript $7.00
Verification of Birth Date $7.00
Verification of Name $7.00
Immunization Records $7.00
Cumulative Folder/Complete Student Record $7.00
There is a $3 convenience fee per order.
OFFICIAL Transcript/Student Records will be mailed only to a college, university, or other educational institution. Requests for mailing to home/non-educational addresses will be UNOFFICIAL.

The Following May be Requested by Current Students:
High School Transcript NO FEE
Attendance Record NO FEE
Birth Certificate NO FEE
Immunization Records NO FEE

The Following May Be Requested by Corporations / Universities / Attorneys: 
High School Transcript $22.00
Verification of Graduation $22.00
Cumulative Folder/Complete Student Record $22.00
There is a $3 convenience fee per order.

The Following May NOT Be Requested:
Replacement diplomas 
Copies of SAT/ACT scores
