Awards for Top 3 in each division!

Each Dodgeball team must have 5 players (students).
They MUST be registered for the Youth Summit in order to be
a part of the Dodgeball Championship.

Each player must completely fill out one
Youth Summit / Dodgeball Registration form. 
A parent MUST complete the waiver section
and return the completed form to your school's
contact by March 19th.

There is limited space in the tournament so get your team registered as soon as possible.

Your team must have a name and you are asked to dress in clothes that represent your school colors.
