"Read Across America" at Farmer

“Read Across America”

March is National Reading Month and March 2nd is Read Across America Day (Dr. Seuss’ birthday). 
In honor of these two events, we are combining them into a week-long celebration of reading here at FES.  Students will have the opportunity to participate in activities throughout the week:

February 26th-March 2nd 
Scholastic Book Fair

February 26th  Monday          
Wear Pajamas
Sleep Book Day

February  27th  Tuesday         
Wear Green 
Green Eggs and Ham Day

February 28th  Wednesday    
Dress Wacky Tacky
Wacky Wednesday Day

March 1st  Thursday     
Wear your Favorite Hat 
Cat in the Hat Day

March 1st  Thursday     
Wear your Wacky Socks 
The Fox in Socks Day

March 2nd  Friday         
Dress as Your
Favorite Book Character

Dr. Seuss’s birthday celebration
